Refund & Return Policy

At Your Nursery Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Tags and labels are intact

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

  Non-returnable items include:

  • Pacifiers, teethers, feeding items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Customized or personalized products


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@yournurseryshop.com or call 07825665953 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm if your return is eligible and guide you through the process.

  3. Ship the product back to our return address (provided during the return confirmation).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our policy criteria.


4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and indicate the item you wish to exchange for.
